Welcome to InnerZen Mindful. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access our application.

Application Use

InnerZen Mindful grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the application or its content
• Use the application for any commercial purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the application
• Transfer the application to another person or "mirror" the application on any other server

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the application and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of InnerZen Mindful and its licensors. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of InnerZen Mindful.

User-Generated Content

Our application may allow you to create, upload, or share content, such as custom affirmations, personal reflections, or user profiles. By providing any content on our application, you:

• Grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content
• Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party
• Agree that your content may be viewable by other users of the application and may be removed at any time

We do not claim any ownership rights to the content you create but need these permissions to provide the application services.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the application:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate any person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the application

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the application or delete your account.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InnerZen Mindful, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the application
• Any content obtained from the application
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Disclaimer

Your use of the application is at your sole risk. The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

InnerZen Mindful, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that:

• The application will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The application is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the application will meet your requirements

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
